You can enjoy the Wagyu beef, carefully selected by Wagyu beef specialists and purchased in its entirety. The beef is aged for about 30 days, which is possible because we purchase the whole Wagyu beef cow. Please enjoy the savory flavor and sweetness of the meat.We recommend cooking the meat medium rare (this can be adjusted to your preference). Each cut is cooked using expert techniques, allowing you to enjoy the full flavor of the aged meat.
